Ourbestfriend D L came into the HART program on 9/26/2023 after sustaining a knee injury. Racing over 9 tracks in 6 seasons has made Ourbestfriend D L an easy going gelding who takes things in stride.

Our veterinary team has assessed him and determined that surgery was not the best course of action for his injury. We have given him plenty of time to heal but unfortunately due to his arthritic changes we have determined that he will be best suited as a pasture companion. He’s a sweet and laid back guy who gets along with everyone in a mixed pasture.
