Ruthie Rules is a beautiful chestnut filly that came into the HART program 8/16/2022 because she’s just not interested in being a racehorse. After 6 starts and a (0,0,1) record her connections decided it was time to let Ruthie Rules move on to a second career.

The best part is Ruthie Rules is 100% sound, a lovely mover, and has a great mind. Ruthie is nicely put together and would make a great barrel racing prospect!
