Dark Bay Filly (Revolutionary x Maiden Stone by Grindstone)

The Maiden Angel is a pretty filly who came into the HART program 6/12/2021 after 6 starts, all at Prairie Meadows Racetrack. She sustained an injury to her right knee so her connections decided to retire her. She had surgery at Iowa State Veterinary Hospital on 6/24/2021.

The Maiden Angel will begin her rehab and get the very best care as we giver her time to heal. Once her rehab is complete and our veterinarian has cleared her for a slow return to work we will be able to assess suitable second career options for this lovely filly.
