All Over Oliver came into the HART program after running his last race at Prairie Meadows in June 2024. He had a nice race career finishing 17 races (2, 1, 2). He retired into our program sound, and has enjoyed a nice rest period before beginning his restart for a second career.

All Over Oliver is showing himself to be a delightful rider. He has a willing disposition, and an easy going attitude. He is cleared to go in any direction with no limitations.
