Chisholm Trail is a tall, dark and flashy gelding who came into the HART program on 7/7/2024. He is sound but wasn’t all that interested in being a racehorse anymore. His connections wanted this classy guy to move on to a second career. Chisholm Trail is very well bred with lovely conformation – he sold for $325k as a yearling! He had 19 starts (2, 1, 0) and earned $49,652.

We were told Chisholm Trail was one of the exercise riders’ favorites to gallop at the track – a sure indication of a good mind and solid riding foundation. On the ground he is well behaved and loves attention. He is available for adoption now and is going to be a wonderful partner for someone!
