Joplin is a lovely mare who came into the HART program 6/28/2022 after 37 starts at 8 different tracks with a (4, 4, 5) race record and earnings of $69,935. This classy gal has been through 5 ownership changes over 4 racing seasons. Joplin sustained a LF sesamoid injury on 6/24/2022 that did not require surgery.

We have given Joplin plenty of time to heal but unfortunately she is not going to be sound enough for a riding career. Joplin is comfortable, enjoys attention and her friends and would be suitable as a broodmare or pasture companion. We look forward to matching her with the forever home she deserves!
