Meet Judge Phillip M winner of the 2020 Iowa Stallion Stakes. This incredibly handsome guy retired from racing sound after 7 races with a (2,0,0) record. He came into the HART program on June 9th when his connections decided he wasn’t interested in racing. Judge Phillip M is ~16.3 hands with unlimited athletic potential and striking good looks. He won’t last long!
