Bay Mare (Caleb’s Posse – Despot by Wavering Monarch)

Despina is a lovely bay mare who came into the HART program on 9/7/2021. She’d incurred a suspensory injury on 7/5/2021 and had been on stall rest at Prairie Meadows prior to her arrival at HART. She was rechecked by our veterinarian on 9/16/2021 and is doing well in her rehab! She is now being hand walked in addition to small turnout and light work in hand. Assuming no setbacks are incurred she should be cleared for adoption ~November 2021.

Despina had 36 starts with a (3,10,3) race record at 8 different tracks earning $75,198. She is flat out gorgeous in addition to being smart and very well behaved!
