Ourbestfriend D L came into the HART program on 9/26/2023 after sustaining a knee injury. This handsome gelding had a successful racing career with 46 starts, a (11, 6, 6) race record and earnings of $173,035. Ourbestfriend D L raced at 9 different tracks over 6 racing seasons.

Ourbestfriend D L has quite a bit of arthritis in both knees and surgery wasn’t warranted. We have given him plenty of time to heal. Ourbestfriend D L is suitable as a pasture companion only. He’s a sweet and laid back guy who gets along with everyone in pasture.
